Organic Sencha (tb)

Sencha (煎茶, lit. ’infused tea’) is a type of Japanese ryokucha (緑茶, green tea) which is prepared by infusing the processed whole tea leaves in hot water.

“Sukusuku” organic Sencha green tea – tea bag (5g * 20 pcs).

Because it is naturally-organically grown, the sencha has a gentle taste. It contains catechin, which is an astringent ingredient, but it is deeply steamed to reduce astringency.

For serving:

1. amount of tea leaves: 1 tb (5g);
2. add 1 L hot water 70℃ (158℉);
3. steeping time: 3 minutes.
